Award Criteria:
Healthy workplaces are fostered from intentional cultivation of culture built on leadership and consistent demonstration of best practices. The Hawaii Psychological Association believes in recognizing psychologically healthy workplaces to:
1. Promote increased awareness of organizational goals
2. Share best practices, and
3. Create opportunities for community learning.
Awards are made in each of five categories:Small Business (< 250 employees)
Medium Business (250 – 999 employees)
Large Business (1000+ employees)
Government/Military or Educational Institution
Non-profit Organization
